Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

The jkc88 platform is open only to users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jkc88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account reasonably suspected of not meeting the eligibility criteria.
These terms constitute a binding agreement between the user and the jkc88 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms shall be deemed acceptance of those amendments.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on jkc88. Creating multiple accounts under the same user is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any compensation. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. jkc88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their account comply with applicable local laws and regulations. Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Only one account is permitted per individual
- Personal information must be truthful and verifiable
- Passwords must be kept secure and must not be shared
- Users must be 18 years of age or older
- Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any other party
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the jkc88 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are solely responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimately theirs and sourced from lawful and legally compliant origins.
Jkc88 supports a range of payment methods including local eWallets (Boost, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay) and online banking via FPX. Minimum and maximum limits per transaction may vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change from time to time. All withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process where required. jkc88 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or if the user fails to meet the stipulated verification requirements. Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and may take up to three business days for certain methods.

Liability Limitations & Account Suspension Policy
Jkc88 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. jkc88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
In the event that jkc88 is found liable for any claim, our liability shall be limited to the amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to that claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Jkc88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user is found to have provided false information during registration or the verification process
- There is reasonable suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation
- The user is found to own or operate multiple accounts
- The user is in breach of any terms set out in this document
- User accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
Where an account is closed due to fraud or a serious breach of these terms, jkc88 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. For accounts closed for other reasons, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the user subject to the required verification process.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the jkc88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of jkc88 or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from jkc88.
Third-Party Links & Services
The jkc88 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as game providers, payment gateways, and technology providers. jkc88 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Jkc88 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the jkc88 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
